This went on for about two years. I was very depressed about my weight and in that time I did not lose a pound, instead I gained even more weight. I was also lethargic most of the time and found it hard to concentrate.

I did eventually lose the weight but not by any of the above methods. In fact I had actually stopped trying to lose the weight. I went back to eating properly and exercising sensibly and before I knew it my weight was where I wanted it to be.

At this point I had no idea how this had happened so I decided to learn all I could about how the body works in relation to weight loss which led me to become a Personal Trainer, helping adults and children alike to lose weight and get fit.

I never stop researching weight loss and trialing new techniques and now I am going to share with you all that I have discovered.
